I'm just a German hobby artist, hoping to be good enough someday to work on a professional level. :)BIOOne day I saw this computer magazine in a shop, and it was about computer graphics. It had a CD with some cheap freeware 3D software and some tutorials inside. Since I liked movies with cool special effects, I thought I could look into it. That's how it started.
The first program I worked with was called POV-Ray. A freeware 3D Renderer that worked with text based commands, rather than a graphical user interface. Luckily, the CD contained some graphical programs that could save in POV-Ray's file format, and so I made the famous "chrome sphere on checkerboard suface" picture every 3D Newby does. XD
Since then I worked a lot on my skills, and started using different software. While POV-Ray has a nice renderer, I never could get used to the fact that I had to program my scenes. I'm working now with 3D Studio.

I must agree with m6master the grass needs some improvment. If you got out look in the park or your lawn you'll see that grass really does not all stand straight and pointy...its basicaly a random mess..pointing everywhich way. Also, if your going for a "real" look...add a raytrace reflection to that water...as well as a falloff and raytrace combo for the opacity. It will make the water appear more real...Its a great start though...its got "real" potential.
