amazing surface The lightening looks good too, although it does detract a little from the realism, but that's ok. Very nice terrain too, and the clouds,, although could be a little darker and more gloomy, work a treat

)

Oh my, this is AMAZING stuff. Not only is the TG picture fantascic, and with a wonderful overlay technique .. but that postwork is just perfect. Excellent!

Thanks for forfeiting a little realism to create the first wilderness terrain picture I've seen - all of which deserve the "excellent" rating they get - to shatter the sense of "great stone frozenness" typical of these renderings with, in this case, a bolt of lightning: something happening, something kinetic. I genuinely have no idea what I'm taking about, I figure, but to me such departure from "realism," if that's what it is to those who create renderings like this, is actually a step forward.
