Description
Canyon is 3600x3600 resolution, 20million polygons *lol*, tho I suppose a smaller one would have done. I changed the canyon texture a billion times, still not quite right.
Thanks for viewing

great perspective!

I tried a canyon once. I didn't get anything as good as this picture. One thing I learned in that experience was to change the resolution of one axis to save polys (ie. 3600 x 1024)... I think your lighting is excellent. Nice work!

Beautiful work, Joey.

Why do i HAVE to use ambient light? Who said I do my art to please YOU, VDesl?? Are you some professional art critic or something?? If you're so damn better than anyone else then please upload your freakin work and let us decide! I notice you don't have a gallery...oh how convenient. BTW: light balance is neither all sunlight or all ambient, its a balance between the two. The earth's atmosphere scatters sunlight anyhow. Quit being the critic, and put your money where your mouth is!
