Description

Captain Elijah BlackWing Scurviest Dog to Ever Sail the Caribbean Well, that was before this portrait of his latest conquest (a small uncharted island in the Caribbean) was painted. Too bad he didn't notice the powder keg's cork had fallen out. It blew him away (literally) several hundred feet. Don't worry, he's okay, but he's known as PegWing Pete now and serves bar at Margarittaville. Too bad they didn't have OSHA back then to protect against workplace accidents like this. Comments are welcome Thanks for viewing and if you like comedy portraits, Colonel Honeythorne is always looking for new people to tell his dragon hunt story to at the Adventurer's Club. Poser/Vue/Photoshop/Painter This was completely posed in Poser (another Boris character), taken to Vue to render and then a lot of postwork on it in Photoshop/Painter. The hair, the beard, mods to his coat, the fire, and many other touchups were painted in. Avast ye landlubbers, tis not the fist tyme I didn't see the powder keg - or did ye not notice me eye patch?. ROTFLMAO! Great stuff Shadow, and amid all the things in life that wonderful light-hearted sense of humor of yours still prevails. It's a great person who ignores their own misfortunes in order to bring a little joy, happiness and pleasure to others - may you never lose that endearing quality. I love the colors in this too my friend and an excellent work ye have done on the fire. This rates a 20 and a Hot20 vote for sure, or my name isn't...um...um, oh never mind - it gets my vote!
