Description

Hours: Open most days about 8 or 10, but occasionally as early as 7. But somedays as late as 11 or 12. We close about 5 or 6, but sometimes as late as 11 or 12. Some days or afternoons we aren't here at all. And lately I've been here just about all the time except when I am someplace else. Which would be at Peanut Butter Warehouse. But that would be only until 6 if I am there at all. This little cafe has the best breakfast on Galveston Island and probably the best breakfast I have ever eaten. It's very, very casual...I came in once and a customer was naping on the couch. I can't tell you how many times I've gone there to eat and ended up exchanging stories with strangers over coffee at the same table. It's alot like eating in your living room. And most of those antiques are authentic (Manny get's them from the Peanut Butter Warehouse.
