All coloring and effect done by using Photoshop. I'm creating this after watching the rerun of NYPD Blue.

Killer picture. Some more detail on the gun wouldn't hurt; as it stands it just seems kind of like a black box. Maybe coloring it a little lighter would help. Other then that this picture is perfect!
