Not bad, but far too much gear for a sniper. Snipers wear more cammo. Besides: The rifle is a HK PSG-9. P means precission, but only because german police has no snipers, but only precission shooters (the definition has political and judicial reasons). Outside germany, the P is used for police. This is a civil sniper rifle. The military variant is the MSG-90. The equipment of the soldier also suggests that he is an infantry sniper, not a real special forces member. That doesnt fit with the weapon. In either case, you should use an M-24 or similar weapon. Perhaps the great looking M-24 SOCOM mod, or a sniper Diemaco rifle.
