Description

Hi everyone... While fiddling around with my Photoshop 7, I ran across a really cool way of making that famous Matrix Green wall from the movie. I searched google and Renderosity for similar tutorials and came up with nothing. So here ya go. 1. Open New file. DPI and canvas size does NOT matter 2. Leaving your canvas white, choose black for the foreground and white for the background. 3. goto filter---texture----gain 4. in grain, make the intensity 90-100; contrast 90-100; and grain type Vertical 5. then goto filter-----artistic-----neon glow 6. glowsize 4-7, glow brightness 10-30, glow color neon green 7. goto filter----stylize----glowin edges 8. edge width 1 or 2, edge brightness 12-15, smoothness 1 After this you SHOULD have what looks like a pretty close resemblance to the original matrix. True, the matrix had letters and symbols, and this doesn't, but its fun anyway... I hope you enjoy this, and IM or comment if this was as EZ as it seems... Id love to see what people do with this.. and grow off of it. thanks for looking. ENJOY.

yea.... if you want letters or symbols... put them inplace of the grain effect... so you got a white background with black letters... Flatten the image.... then start step 5 from there... simple. Enjoy
