The problem is that your are below the horizon - you should change the sky height or the camera point. The reflection of the sun is too bright for me - not very realistic. But dont worry i just try to give you some hints :-)

I agree with Zazie. The reflection of the sun in the water is too big, you should decrease it with playing with the parameters: "Direct sunlight" and "Reflection spread" in the water properties. This black zone is there because you're under horizon as Zazie says. But I think the reflection of the sky in the water is very beautiful ! Good chance !
