Wow - so many details!!!! Fantastic job!!

Nicely cluttered. The little details help to make the picture. Perhaps a few more shadows to take away the flatness of the scene and give it a little more depth. :-) Keep up the good work!

Looks a little like poser render to me.But good work. The textures suck.Paint some texture maps or download some from infinitefish.com

That's okay. I looked at pureflesh's gallery after he made that comment. He's a damn good modeler, I'll give him full credit on that. But I didn't see any artwork that impressed me and all the textures looked like the MAX precedural textures. And by the way, most of the textures in this picture are either phototextures or made by me. Besides, I could care less about bad comments. I know my work is good, I don't need validation from anyone.

self praising is not good man.. you can convince yourself that youre good but why would you want to post your work here if you dont want critisism!!! Furthermore I think your work stll needs alot of composition and depth wich is lacking!! altough this picture does look like a lot of effort has gone into it, but with a little bit more effort you can be better - mufzal

criticism is one thing. That I'll take gladly. But saying something sucks isn't criticism. It's flaming, for no good reason

I like your work so don't let an ill stated comment send you astray. I know what kind of effort it is build a scene like this in Max so I offer the following suggestions - not criticisms. Try adding a few more bump maps to some of the textures and paint with the lighting. You can set negative values in a light's intensityand it will 'suck' light up if you want to darken a corner - using the limit spinners you can control how much area is effected. You might want to try blending the standard oldwood texture with your cedarboards and beams... knocks the shine down and great bumps. Again just suggestions. btw did you model that purple urn? is it available?

If you email me I'll be happy to send it to you

As I'm looking closer I think I see some morter in the walls. Maybe just bring it out more so it's easier to see.
