I know exactly where your coming from with lack of inspiration, I myself ahve not posted any 3D for an age and gagging to get back. This image is perfect, a really good idea very well executed! 10/10

The lighting rocks! I love what you've done with this Cinema 4d. Would you recommend it? I'm pretty fluent in Poser and Bryce and get the feeling Cinema 4d is one of those harder progs. Linkinpark? are you in Michigan? If so, we're neighbors and depressed together. Must be this air. I love this because it looks so f*ckn REAL. The ideas will come, we just need a vacation.

great texturing and lightning and... the absence of the chessboard fits the surreality of the title for me.. good concept (oh boredom isn't so bad... is the time that inspiration takes to refeed herself :))

very nice tex , but there`s no good gradient at the dof .the dof suddenly starts , with a sharp edge .At the left side of the image, but all in all an excellent render .respect .

Awesome up-close texturing. I like how it has that worn look to it. :)

I'm really impressed. THe part I like best is the texturing. I can't get a texture done like that at all. But I'm a beginner anyway. Only suggestion I have.. Maybe the blur from the foreground to the back I would have blended a little better on the left side of the chess piece. :) Awesome work once again!
