BIOI'm 26 and currently serving in the finest military service in the world....The US Marines. I've been a Marine for 7 years and in my spare time I'm learning (to the best of my ability) how to use Bryce, UF3, and Cinema 4D. It's a true passion that has evolved these last few months. I'm married to my beautiful wife Sabrina....happily of course for almost 5 years!!! I'm currently stationed in the Bay Area and will be moving shortly to another duty station. Can't think of anything else but if I do I'll add it later.

Don't be bummed. Art is an inner creativity in all of us. The way we express it through art is the way we see it. Not all see things the same way. Your work is great no matter how you create it. Keep up the great job.

Beautiful work. The traditional fractal forms have been adorned and varied and distorted for many years now. Thank goodness.

Don't stop making images the way you like. Ignore those emails. This is beautiful, no matter what the detractors say. Don't let yourself be bummed out.

I LOVE getting e-mails like that!!! I find it highly amusing that someone could get so upset because my fractals aren't 'traditional'. It also gives me an opportunity to express myself...but not in an artistic way...lol. Great image by the way...A rook/bishop?

Well, I don't know what a "traditional fractal" is, but this is simply beautiful. :)

A hard lesson in life to learn is not to worry about what other people say and do! Your work is wonderful, forget what those people wrote you in the e-mails.If they want to gripe, well that's their right I guess, but it just goes to show you, they don't know good work when they see it. By the way this is a wonderful, traditional fractal!!!!!!

I like your fractals just the way you make them. If they please you, they will please others...not all others, but then, nothing does! To thine own self be true!

Juan, your images are wonderful, just as they are. I hope you ignore those detractors - they don't know what they are talking about. Please keep on working with your images! This one is lovely. thanks.
