Just to really nit-pick, I would add hair to his knuckles, make the fingernails a little rounder and add a little dirt under them (he looks the type to pick his nose). I would fix the corner of the man's eye (sharper crease). Otherwise this is a tremendous and highly detailed piece of work!!!
