Description
One of those serendipitous illustrations. I was messing around in the terrain editor and came up with the thing that looks like broken down fencing. It suggested the booms used to contain oil spills and the picture progressed from there. I have not kept records of the model authors very well, so thanks to all the model makers in this picture...there are dozens of them.
