Description

Made a start on the textures. I used procedurals on bump, spec and texture channels. The only UV texture mapping so far is on the pipes. The orange pad was a bit of a laugh after I mentioned it was starting to look like a Storm trooper crossed with a Dark Crystal Skeggsie. This one is rendered with Radiosity turned on, no lights at all and a Sky Dome and ground plane that are 150% luminous. Next version may have HDRI if I get round to it. NO rigging/bones yet though.

Hahaha..close to the mark buddy... I pegged it as a Minder or Body Guard. Glad to see he looks like what he is supposed to be. lol

illicit: If I get to the rigging stage I will make some small animation tests. All depends on how well he performs once rigged.

I don' tknow...I kinda like the orange pad...If you were to give the entire 'bot this color or bits of it here and there, I think that would work well. It's Sweet and I love the test of the IK.
