I'm guessing super high reflectivity, high reflection spread, 0 transparency, diffuse colour of blue, high roughness and wave size. I'd love to see it animated :)

this is really not a real image - the water is absolute strange - when you look on it some longer time - it seems to have a rocky structure - but an engineer never has to be a real one - or did it?!
