I took the photo, then used is as a meterial on a box the walker is stood on, thats how I get the shadows.

I love the image but your shadow is in the wrong place, it comes out virtually straight behing the walker (sun due west) but the buildings shadow is at about 10 or 15 degrees of angle (sun slightly south of yours) If you shift your sun location slightly and maybe gave the walker a slightly less rigid look moving the legs so thyre not straight I think it would be even better

Very observant! I did notice after it was rendered that they didnt quite line up, but I thought it was close enough so that most wouldnt notice.

Also drop the AT-AT a bit so the feet touch the ground. This thing is heavy and the shadows below it's feet should not happen :)
