Description
This cactus was in the Afton Canyon area, which is in California between Barstow and Baker. Unfortunately, there was a barbed wire fence right on top of it and I ruined a perfectly good pair of Levis getting this shot. So it goes...

Simply breathtaking...don't see many cactus flowers...the pointy ends make it unique as well
