Description
Inspired by Disney's Silly Symphonies Water Babies. Disney's cartoons were always my favorite when I was growing up. This short story was one of my favorites, along with another of little baby nymphs painting the Danube blue (please, if anybody knows what the title is and who made it drop me a note).
