She glistens in the morning sun,
This house I knew as a child...
Voices from the past echo within,
... as they echo within my heart.

Both of my parents are from West Virginia, so I spent a lot of time there as a young boy. There was a burned out barn, on a hill, in an empty field that looked a lot like this image. Whoa! Brings back memories. Very nice, Irene.

You've captured that early morning sunshine perfectly, and used as a backlight I like the way it forces the eye to only slowly recognise the shadowed features of the shell of the house.
