Description
Bianca cradled the orchid with a kind of childlike wonder, inhaling the fragrance, tasting the petals,holding it to her breasts as if it were the most precious of objects . . . and finally placing the blossom into her dark hair.
Flashes of mood transformed her face like a sudden shift in the weather. One moment she dazzled so brightly it made Daman want to do just about anything to see her smile again. Anything to dispel that terrible sadness that lived deep inside her violet eyes.
