I've been looking at this for several minutes now, and, although I don't like the title, the fractal itself becomes better and better. The conclusion is that I like this a lot. Except then for the title. This deep orange and warm brown add an atmosphere of intimacy rather than feeling miserable imo.

I agree with Aeneas, I don't find the image miserable. Unless you named it after how you were feeling when you made it? If that's the case then...Cheer up! lol
