Description

I got some feedback (thanks, you guys are super fantastic, by the way!) when I posted this before that the lighting was kinda flat, so I've been working on making it more dynamic. I don't know how well I succeeded, the lights just didn't want to cooperate (side note: if you use a negative light in the path of a positive volumetric light with cast shadows turned off you get a lighter spot in the volume. I don't understand, but I guess it could be useful in some situations). I have no idea where most of the lighting on the left wall is coming from, there are some places where the light shouldn't reach it and receive shadows is turned on. Someone also mentioned that the skeleton looked odd, but I don't know how to fix that, I'm new at poser and I'm no good at modeling. Anyway, if anyone has any good ideas about where this can go, please suggest! I'm definitely willing to make changes, but I'm out of ideas at the moment

I said the skeleton looked odd, not meaning in the sense of the pose, but the way it reacted with the atmosphere, now it fits in perfectly, so well done.

I think the lighting looks great, it has a real sense of something bursting through. Good job.

Seem a big improvement! Well done indeed. I think the light on the left wall is maybe due to some reflection/ambience on the material[??]. Very cool job.

Very cool. It is so well done that I think it deserves a vote. Your texturing and lighting and the effort make this worthy of competing with some of the big boys out there. I really hope to see this image score lots of votes.

Did I misunderstand the concept of this part of the gallery?? I thought it was going to be for having morph settings used to create characters? Not for everyday renders. If for what I thought, sure are starting out on the right foot..... If not what I thought, apologies to all.

hmm...somehow this seems to have ended up in the wrong section. I'm pretty sure I put it in Atmosphere/Mood, so I guess I'll have to go fix that. My appologies. Oh, and thanks all for your kind comments!
