The texture is good, but you REALLY need to pick a lightsource and go with it. Look where his shadow falls of the ground, that gices you an idea of where the light is coming fropm and where the shadows should be in your colours, but you have no shadows at all -- places that should be in shadow are just as bright as the places that should be highlights.

yeah orcs got a point about the light, and it's also time to start sharpening up on the edges of your shades and highlights. Everything is a bit blurry and ill defined at the moment. Otherwise this is a great pic
