Description

The scene is experimental for Endilin, in the Aldara project over at RDNA. The background fairy wearing the hummer wings is Reality's Poison, freebie, Kaylea. I used in this image DNA's Forest lights which I liked the surreal effect with the verde shadows. Small Shadows darted quickly in and out of the underbrush of the forest floor. The forest was dark, as little sunlight peeped through the full leafed canopy of its giant trees. The shadows were shaped, black like small bumblebees, a growing swarm that was moving swiftly. When the sunlight would hit the shadow, one saw a jeweled, feathered army of hummingbirds. The little birds flew in complete formation, not one breaking rank. Racing after the hummingbirds, was a group of moths, and then butterflies which tailed the ranks of the hummingbirds. It was a disciplined army that broke through the clearing to the old ruins of the castle. In the light if one held their eyes steady and did not blink, they would see not birds or insects but small winged beings, covered with fairy dust, and full of joy. For there on the edge of a bank was a rusted sword, still planted in its banks where it had been planted with vengeance by the Dark Forest Fairy long ago. The hilt was evily designed with a green stone still with a faint glow. The Evil eye the stone was know as or Mara

I like the art-deco poster look of this picture. What [IMO] keeps it from being great is the abrupt cropping of the picture above the foreground model's chin.

Thankyou for the comment. I could zoom in closer, i was worried about her wings cutting off the background. I will try that. Thankyou. :)

maybe try pushing the scene back a tad? but other than that it looks really cute. that would look good in a picture frame or something to that effect.
