Right now, it look like her lipstick is dripping the blood. I would suggest adding blood on her teeth to make it more realistic. Otherwise exellent job!

I think its quite good. The hair is too hard. Try to blend it more with the background. The grip posing of the right hand is poor and looks terrible, but thats no problem as it is not in the fokus of the picture. AS is right about the blood. I always forget blood on the teeth as well. The drop dripping off on the left side of her mouth looks a bit strange. To thick for my taste. Blood mixed with saliva is mostly thinner. When rendering and postworking, try our rendering the picture three or four times with slightly changed light positions and shadows, then blending all the pictures in Photoshop. That gives smoother light. Blurring one or two of those layers with a gaussian blur a 2-3 pixels and mixing them with 50% visibility between the layers is a good thing too. Also try to fit the lighting closer to the scene. The moon is in the back, which means the most light must come from behind. Her face is just lighted by athmospheric reflection and environment reflection. Keyword: Radiosity simulation. To do that, use a strong light from behind in light blue and a second one with a slight yellow and low intensity. Then light the face with 5-10 stray lights with smooth shadow settings and 3-5 percent intensity. When multirendering the picture, only adjust the foreground light sources. That gives pretty good results. I hope you can make some sense off my tips. The general impression and mood of the picture is good and as far as my opinion goes WAY beyond "almost there" ;D

All these suggestions sound great and would deffinatly improve the image. However I think you did a pretty good job on this the way it is. :o) Your postwork on the hair turned out really nice too :o)
