This is an excellent concept well executed- better than the 'new' image in that the foliage is much more convincing. My only criticism and one that would greatly improve the image is that the lighting is far too even. You want some variety in lighting level- perhaps use a gobo to cast a subtle pattern of light and shade. You want to anyways darken down the extremities to bring more emphasis on the centre of interest. Great idea!
