Description
A boring, but pretty, frame from a test animation I'm currently working on.
Nothing really special here. The water was surfaced by me, but the sky is one of the default profiles in Eki's Lightwave Plugin Skygen. (I suggest this plugin set to ANYONE who owns a license of Lightwave as well!)

The clouds them self look awesome, but they are put together in a not so interesting way... they look like they are just lined up around the horizon. Must say though, really nice pic!

You can easily do the same thing with Eki's Plug Pak which you can try and download at http://www.kolumbus.fi/erkki.halkka/plugpak/ Cheers! Thanks for the flatness comment, sms, I'll do that with my next test :)

Depends how far out at sea you are. Out in the middle of the ocean, on a nice day like that, it should be pretty flat, but darker.

the hard parts over you just have some tweaking but it looks great 3d world had a good tut on water and I downloaded a great one off 3dluvr.com

The clouds look great but you could of had a bit more curve in the water, just like when you stand on the beach and look straight at the sea

Awesome clouds! The rim lighting on them is pretty awesome. Have to agree about the comments on the water though. Wouldn't mind going sailing on a day as beautiful as this. :o) Anyone got a yacht?
