Description
The highest point on the island of Grand Cayman is only 65 feet above sea level, so flooding is common. However, the houses and foliage are not typical island types. Thanks for viewing.

This is really nice, Dee. Wouldn't want to have to clean up the mess, but the picture is cool.

very pretty and I love that water..the reflections came out perfectly for this scene...this is definitely what the southern US has been looking like so far this year..and I am with MsO...I would hate to have to clean up after a flood like that...

Nice job on the water; looks like time to get out the buckets and mops.

I like the water too... Where I live, the summer monsoon rainstorms will flood the city streets. So much so that the washes can become impassible, and some streets look like rivers... I'd like to see you experiment with a dark sky in this kind of picture. :)

I like the water too... When we have floods here (Padana Plain, Nortern Italy), the water is always muddy (VERY muddy)... I wish it was so clean ;)... You have build a good pic here...

Thanks for the comments..We have no hills to speak of on this island, so there is no run off..that is one of the reasons why the water is clear, the surrounding sea is also very clear for the same reason, making it one of the most popular spots for diving in the world!!
