A question from somebody who knows nothing about this: can you make the breaks in the tiles better cause they look a little bit.... I mean they don't look real. Everything looks great but the broken tiles look fake like somebody painted them.

Realism in textures is allways really hard to do. I was actually trying to go for a little bit of a 'cartoonish' texturing style here, also seen in Game textures etc..
Ofcourse, it totally depends on how you map the textures. A lot of different effects can be achieved by changing specularity/bump and glossines/anisotropy. (I allmost allways render these tiles using Anisotropic textures).

I think cartoonish style is great sometimes, the tiles look great in this contekst.
