You definitely need quite a few more polygons in your models to make them survive a camera view this close. For a quick architectural massing model seen from above with an isometric POV, this might sell, but this isn't an effective beauty shot for pitching a project. You really need to go back in and rework all your models.

The surfaces of your models need some serious tweaking... for example, the mirrors over the washstands are all steamed up and blurry, there's a much better way to achieve reflections.

It would also be very good if you could revisit this render later on and pay closer attention on how you'd like to light this scene. The lack of shadows is a bit disconcerting and makes the whole image flat.

All in all, I think that you definitely have the right ideas... and I really encourage you to post more often :o)
