Description

I seem to be on a Star Wars kick at the moment lol. As alot of the good models are made for other programs, I have started making some of them into poser files. As with the Sandtrooper and Stormtrooper Darth Vader is fitted to the Mick2 model for better movement and renders. I had problems with the Stormtrooper's boots so I used the cowboy boots from Mick's set and textured them to fit in. Vader's cape is only a prop right now but I hope to get one that fits better. Now for the credits: Stormtrooper Original Modeller - JJ Palamo Darth Vader Original Modeller - Scot Gilmore Please visit SCIFI 3D to see other great models The backdrop set is AFA Sci-Fi props. Would like comments on what you think so far and thanks for having a look.

Looks great, the Stormtroopers look like they could start moving around and attacking at any moment! Darth Vader looks a bit too short to me though, but I can't really figure out why. ;) Very nice job!

Your Star Wars kick is great! Very cool work Ravenwing! Darth Vader and Troopers is reminding me of Don Gottie with his goombahs. Excellent render!

Fantastic! I agree that Vader is a little short but other than that he looks pretty cool. The Stormtroopers are top notch too!

I think the problem with Vader is his cape. It doesn't naturally drape over his shoulders, and that makes him look stockier and shorter. But the troopers look spot-on

Thanks for the comments. Vader's shoulder plates have been re-scaled 80% of what they were and the cape re-done. This fixed the short look feel as the stoopers are scaled at 5'10" and Vader id 6'5". The cape still being a prop is the main weak point to this picture.
