My name is Dorothea Beer-Kramer. I was born on 09 March, 1957 in Aachen / Germany. Many of the last years I lived and worked in Hessen near Frankfurt a. M. Painting and colours are fascinating me since my earliest childhood. I had a similar scene in mind for some time, though featuring only the neon tetras, not the school of discus or the little guys I don't recognise top left. Don't think I'll bother now - no way am I likely to top this! Great lighting, believable water-weeds, and I love that soft, fluffy algal coating on the stream bed. Excellent work.

Thank you all very very much for your comments and praise :-)You make me very happy. @Panic912 Diskus is a sweetwater fish too. I own two in my 250 l Aquarium. This scene will show a Amazonas arm with differend sweetwater fishs. (Sorry for my English)
