This could be a very powerful image, I am distracted by the hair and ear, the face itself is a great job of mapping. Maybe you could finish the hair and ear a bit more in post work?...great job though and I like the emotion in this.

This is excellent. The hair is kinda distracting, you should blend the part in a little bit with the rest of the hair, It still looks very good tho!!
