It's a very nice image - I like the water effect (are you using "Flood" by Flaming Pear?) very much, but, she sort of appears to be a large Barbie. Or, you know, it seems that way to me because it looks like she's being held up off the "floor" by her breasts. I know it's tough, because there's no real "gravity" in Poser... Very hard to get a female lying on her stomach on the floor to look real. I've tried to many times myself. So, it's really not a "flaw" in your image. Not really a flaw at all, just a limitation of Poser. I hope that doesn't offend. It really is a very lovely image, and I like it immensely.
