Description

I think my reasoning for being afraid of the dark (not that I am especially) is that the lack of light leaves a sensory void... and the mind tends to have a habit of filling in gaps as it sees fit. The same with silence. That's why silent darkness away from familiar surroundings can induce panic... who knows what we might find... Thanks for looking :-)
