Description


This is the mud from a dried out river bed in the desert of the Alti Plano in Bolivia. We camped out overnight near these really old indian burrial mounds called Chulpas. I took the shot in 1998 but this is the first time I have had a chance to print it. nikon F3 tri-x film thanks for lookin :)

Hmmm.....I got excited because I thought it was chocolate frosting.... oh well! Nice photo!

Excellent patterns found in the natural world!! Almost could pass for an arial photograph...or (sound of clearing throat) chocolate...but then I'm a close-up kind of guy!! I did a similar shot of ground erosion, but doesn't look as good as this...doesn't look like chocolate :^( Tip of the hat to ya Paul [];^)

Beautiful pattern and shades. Perhaps a bit more contrast and lower brightness? Only my advice.
