Description

::: Part 33 of a series of Warbird Panorama Photos ::: Taken at the Planes of Fame Museum (Jey Museum Portion) in Chino, California (at the Chino Airport). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --- Planes of Fame Airshow 2003 images now online at http://www.warbirds.n3.net --- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aircraft are: Grumman F-14 Tomcat (static, engines have been removed) and a North American F-100 Super Sabre (aka the "Hun") which is also static. I'm not quite sure why the tail of the F-100 is all torn up, it's possible that it is wartime damage, but the aircraft has been at the museum for quite some time and could has sustained the injury there (it's always been like that since I started visiting). This is the outside display area of the Jet Museum part of the Planes of Fame Museum. Camera is a digital Toshiba PDRM-5 (2.15 MP). Image was resized from 7245x1080. Please note that there are some mistakes in the stitching due to the fact that the camera's lens is not dead center to the rotation point on the tripod.
