"Whether I'm right or whether I'm wrong,
Whether I find a place in this world or never belong,
I gotta be me, I've gotta be me!
What else can I be but what I am?
I want to live, not merely survive,
And I won't give up this dream
Of life that keeps me alive.
I gotta be me, I gotta be me!
The dream that I see makes me what I am."
My real homepage: www.varian.netBIOI've been making art since I was old enough to hold a crayon. For well over a third of a century, I explored many media (personally and professionally) and my favorites came to be color pencils (Prismacolor), acrylics, paper (folding, sculpting, papier mâché, origami), pencil/ink and yes, crayons too. With my first computer, I was immediately hooked on this new technological art medium and for over a decade, I worked exclusively digitally, gathering a wide arsenal of digital art tools.
Recently, I've made a return to paper, working on several altered books and collage projects. Mixed media still rules as I remain unaligned by tool/software, process or technique.
I don't post all my displayed images at R'osity. If you want to see more, please visit my site galleries:
