At least on my computer the image seems a little dark...maybe that is the mood you are trying for.

When I look at this image, It really puts me into haunted mood. The dim candlelight, the bricks on the wall and the blood on the wood desk. A lot of pictures have great detail, models and textures, but its what you do with them that matters. I think you know what your doing.

Nicely done. It seems that the reddish stains are more like paint than blood, and the wood grain on the table could use a bit of sorting out. However, your lighting is done very well. It would be nice to see this developed into a more detailed scene.
