Description

This was one of my very first works, certainly the first to truly and consciously combine Photoshop with Bryce. God, I love this image. It's simple and effective. This image is a part of the Veav Collection, one of many images created by Veavitdpoh in his short-lived, jury-rigged artistic career. They aren't presented in order, so it may be good, and it may be some work in progress from years before he came up with anything approximating good... in not so many words, it may suck.

Hey! Nice concept. I have a suggestion - If a person were to take a photograph like this, either the ground would be in focus or the planes would be in focus. This happens when you "pan" the camera. The effect would depend on whether the camera is stationary or if the subject is stationary. Make one or the other blurry - just a suggestion!!!

These days, I probably would, but back then... you'll notice that neither the objects nor the backdrop are particularly detailed. The blurring A) accomplished the effect of appearing to be an "unplanned" shot, and B) kept me from having to do something complicated like providing textures for the planes. :P
