Description

"... Shortly after receiving the gift of thought, the dragons broke into two distinct factions. One faction attempted to form a truce with the humans and elves to fight the greater evil. They were rebuffed." -The History of Aroth, Volume VII (Prelude to War) The fifth image in my Aroth story arc (started with Desolation). Images to date: Desolation, Captive, Bait, Arcane Magic, and Tragedy. I've expanded the arc to include at least two additional images, so there are now three left. Credits will be on my page when I get FTP back, or I might put them together in the right format for here...

Ohh...this makes me cry. It is a moving scene, and the fog effect is perfect. But very sad. Your history for it sounds dark, and full of war. Like the image, it is thought provoking. And, it makes me feel the sadness. Excellent work.
