Description
On my digey cam there is no flash setting with low light compensation - In certin light situations it tends to do strange things - As we all know lilacs are pink - But - My camera seemed to think Blue so this was the image I got - It's not a very clear image but the camera's FX are unusual - Hence - Electric Blue Lilac -

Very nice! I like the effect. In low light my digicam just gets grainy.

I want to sit in the middle of your picture, close my eyes and take slow, deep breaths. This is a beautiful photograph of my favorite flower. Thanks for reminding me of how lovely they really are.

You're right! Like roses and Mars this flower looks best in blue. Marlin's and moon's look better in red. The leaves are jumpin' and the flowers are pumpin'

Love lilacs, and these are super lilacs. [Flowers often look different in ultraviolet to attract bees. It is possible the camera was fooled, and more "accurate" color could be obtained using UV filter. I've seen it go the other direction; with blue morning glories turning pink. Not really sure what happenrd here, but sure is nice effect.]

Your camera knows how to combine colors :) and you how to take photos. Cool result!

Missed this one Amigo! I am so pleased to see you here in this Gallery.... My first Digital was a Fuji 4700 Zoom it could never do Reds and pinks very well but the Blues were always wonderful.. Misha I think has as usual probably got the answer here.. Thumbs up anyway :-)
