Hello, and thanks for dropping by. I've finally got around to updating this page - it's only taken me a year! The picture is of the village where I live - it's better looking than I am!BIOFor those who care - I'm female, 46 (gawd, I was 43 last time I edited this page!), English but living in the Republic of Ireland (that's the southern part!) with four dogs, two cats, six hens, one cockerel and a husband. No room for kids! Not really sure what else to tell you - they allow up to 20,000 characters in this part , and there's no way I have that much to say about myself - so I'll leave it at this, and if there's anything else you want to know - just ask!

Tempting! :) I like the posicioning of her hands - giving the feeling that she is juggling the apple!!! Excellent work!

Well - this is certainly a beautifully crafted image - flowing with the usual style, grace and impact within your art that I've come to both admire and expect - but as for the 'concept of Eve' - I wouldn't have reached that conclusion. This young lady reminds me far more of the wicked witch in the fairy tale of 'Sleeping Beauty', as Eve, before being deceived by the serpent in the Garden of Eden was nude. Additionally - the scriptural account does not describe the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and bad as being any particular kind of fruit - i.e. an apple. Regardless of the concept Jo - I rate the work as very excellent and give it an enthusiastic vote for both its alluring style and your professionalism.

Fabulous work, Jo. Love the snake skin and the way it reflects the light.

very effective, I love the textures and the use of the dominating color...I agree with Jason, I think this is most reminiscent of the Sleeping Beauty witch...with a modern poser touch.....great job

Your idea of combining the snake and Eve into one being is quite interesting. And she has a very tempting look on her somewhat snakelike, though beautiful, face. Wonderful posing, and use of color in this. Excellent. CC
