Its a good go for a beginner. A few small problems: the biggest one is the poses, several of the witches have obvious distortions and problems, both of the two in front have problems with their legs going through other parts of their bodies. The other problem that's easily identifable is the trees, its obvious they are 'cloned'. Vary the sizes and rotations of them to give them a more unique feel. Hope that helps :) Keep it up
