Description

A popular image I took on May 5th. This is the Erie canal in Fairport NY with a magnolia in the forground, the famous unusual bridge in the background. The original is an 8x12 print mounted to 16x12, so this reduced version lacks detail. It was early in the morning, canal lights on, not much traffic on main street (the bridge). Digital image original, my style post processing (2 Mpix Mavica CD200). The output is intended for print (epson 1520) on mat paper. BTW - thanks for all the great compliments on my work - they are very much appreciated. I have several shows to get ready for so my posts are erratic, but I do enjoy the folks here at 'rosity. thanx - doug
