This is a very well done first work. A lot better than my first peice. Some comments, keep in mind the scale of your objects the spindles on the deck and the doorknob seem to be quite large compared to the rest of the house. You are well under way to being a good Mayan, keep up the good work. Post this again once you get the hang of texturing and lighting.

I agree with Shayder, the scale is a bit off, but on the whole it's excellent work. Something else to keep in mind. The cover over the door looks like it's just a surface. Things are never that thin in reality. Think about modeling some proper geometry into it.
