Basically, I guess I would say I'm an artist, an oil painter. I became interested in digital art a few years ago and there was no turning back. It's so clean, so fast. It's magic!
BIOI use a small Wacom tablet and Photoshop to create most of my digital art.
I am, however, very interested in 3D art programs. I'm learning to use Poser 5. It's very valuable to me as a reference tool. It certainly cuts down on modeling fees. :)
I think Bryce is a terrific 3D program and I'm very interested in Amapi and Zbrush.
If I had a motto it would probably be: So many wonderful art programs to try, so little time!

Neat idea. Love the center bldg, looks like something from the Land Of Oz.

pretty image, nice job :)

The composition is very nice, but the lack of real shadows makes it look artificial. If the sun is shining behind the building, where are the shadows?

Jeremy, you are absolutely right. I couldn't figure out how that could have happened in Bryce until I remembered that I did the background, the building, and the boat all separately and put them together in Photoshop. I forgot the shadows!! LOL Sorry about that. :)

Well, the lack of shadows really doesn't shock me at all in this one!! Actually, I wouldn't even have notice it if u didn't mentioned it!! I think it adds to the fantasy mood on a contrary! Making it even more surreal!! I love the colors and the light! Very beautiful image! :)
