hi all im not that new to 3d max how ever this is the first time i have created a house kinda scene as i normal go for the more sci-fi theme... all model`s self made.This also serves as a new chrome,glass and lightin rig test...please coment if u like ...thx

hye man I think ur glasses look to thick..... u should slim them up some or something..... and I aint one for HDRI in still frams.... u should try and do a scene wit either a dome or a box.... I think it would look beter..... self illuminate the scene.... kinda like I did the glassman series pt1 check it out in my gallery.... gives off good lighting like that... but u goto mess wit it for a while... plus it looks better than HDRI..... but ur scene is cool good work..... and ur toaster seems to chromed out.... try and dull the shine a bit....

r3con.....your right it isnt HDRI and is just some good lightin....i would personaly only use HDRI with shiney plastic ect...and as for the glasses...well thats what good quality looks like ...joke...sorry ;-)....thx for the comments so far....KEEP EM COMIN !!!

This scene looks really good. I like all of the materials and the bread is fantastic. Two things I would look into however. 1st of all is the lighting. Most everytyhing on the table appear to be floating. There are no shadows from a main light source. 2nd is the lack of dirt. some smudges on your nice crome, as well as some fingerprints on teh chrome and glass would really help this look more realistic. It is nice work so far though.
