This was based on a sketch by my friend azusachan over at deviantart.com
All done in Photoshop.
version 2:
I got a little carried away with the background on version 1, so I made a less distracting background (I hope) to focus on the artwork.

Ooh! Vicious!! XD I think the backdrop on the other version is definately too busy, but if you cropped it just beyond where her jacket ends, it would be very cool.
